The National Sheriffs’ Institute—Communicating for Impact course is designed to enhance sheriffs’ ability to inspire, motivate, inform, build trust, or lead change in a way that aligns with the organization's mission, values, and vision. Impactful communication requires the sheriff to embrace an intentional mindset supported by strategies encompassing the best leadership and communication practices necessary to achieve the organization’s desired outcomes and meet the unique challenges encountered by our nation’s Sheriff’s Office.
